Subscription & Refund Policy

ACE LAB Pro is a paid subscription that provides access to additional training content and features. The features included with the subscription are displayed on the ACE LAB Pro page.

Subscription prices and billing intervals are displayed before checkout. Depending on the plan selected, subscriptions may be billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout or cancelled before the next billing date, recurring subscriptions automatically renew for the applicable billing period.

You may cancel a recurring ACE LAB Pro subscription through the subscription-management functionality made available by ACE LAB.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancelling generally prevents future renewal while Pro access remains available until the end of the already-paid billing period.

Except where required by applicable law, payments for billing periods that have already begun are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a payment was made in error or you experience a billing problem, contact ACE LAB so the circumstances can be reviewed.

Nothing in this Policy removes mandatory cancellation, refund, withdrawal or other consumer rights that apply under the laws of your jurisdiction.

If a recurring payment fails, ACE LAB Pro access may be limited or removed depending on the resulting subscription status.

ACE LAB may change subscription pricing in the future. Where required, existing subscribers will receive appropriate notice before a new recurring price takes effect.

Payments may be processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified during checkout. Payment processing may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and policies.
